Yoga for Athletes
Our Yoga for Athletes class is mindfully designed to accommodate people with all levels of flexibility; Especially those of you with tight hips and hamstrings. This class is the perfect compliment to strength training.
You can expect 60 minutes of dynamic vinyasa flow and restorative movement to calm the mind, develop flexibility, practice coordination and improve body awareness.

A challenging and powerful 60-minute Vinyasa yoga flow, including 20 minutes of core strengthening, balancing postures and a restorative cool down. You can expect to create flexibility and strength in your mind and body. Modifications are available, making this class accessible to all levels.
